I am above 40 and a mom of 3 kids, the youngest is 4 now. I lost 16 kg in 5 months with Dalia and completely changed my lifestyle. I am wearing the clothes I decided to keep for my daughter and never ever thought I could wear again and I would really love to tell you how.

After giving birth to my youngest kid I ended up gaining 10 kg and until a year back I was struggling to lose them. I hate going to the gym, I have no consistency in attending classes, I went on and off useless diets and lost all hope in losing even a few grams. And even when I lose 1-2 kg, I end up gaining them again. I really hated how I had to go 2 sizes bigger, how heavy I felt and I completely stopped looking in the mirror. Not to mention the 5 extra kilos I gained on top of that during quarantine. I was depressed and looked like a 60 years old woman. I could only eat and eat, anything and everything I could reach. It turned to emotional eating, the more I feel down because I am fat the more I eat.


I contacted Dalia and we started in September 2020. She was very understanding and she took it with me step by step. I had an attitude towards food and I struggled with some cravings at the beginning but she handled that with extra patience and professionalism. She was there all the time and although our sessions were always online I never felt alone.

After the first 2 weeks I was able to control my cravings, sugar and carbs were no longer an issue. I started to look forward to every session. I am extremely into details and she never seemed bored of listening and even gave me more than the answer I was looking for. What was interesting about the program is that I ate everything, I didn’t feel like I am missing something, there was a healthy alternative for every unhealthy food and there was that free meal I take once a week.

Dalia introduced new recipes, she helped me with grocery shopping, taught me how to choose products and what to avoid, she magically changed my mindset from someone who only wants to lose weight to that nerd reading all the labels to make sure the ingredients are healthy. She changed my way of thinking into establishing a lifestyle for me and my family. She made me think about what a meal does to my body not about the number of calories. I am able to judge whether I really feel like eating it now or whether it is just an emotional craving. I didn’t skip meals, I didn’t starve, I didn’t stop eating carbs.

I feel so proud of myself and of what I have reached, I buy whatever piece of clothes I like, the mirror is my friend again and everyone I see can’t help but ask how I lost all that weight. I stopped waiting for my free meal because I know now how to balance all my meals not only wait for one. I no longer look like a 60-year-old. I am myself again.

Dalia, I can’t thank you enough, you have the upper hand here. When people say oh no but you have to eat, you are too thin, I smile and I think of you. I couldn’t have done this without you, food is not my enemy anymore, it is my friend who I know how to handle and enjoy. Our program ended 4 months ago and I didn’t gain any weight, on the contrary, I understand my body and I listen to it, this is what Dalia taught me and this I owe to her.
