Mat Pilates is done on the floor using an exercise or yoga mat. It is a beautifully balanced sequence of exercises that are performed slowly with focus & control to help stretch, strengthen and balance the body. It strengthens your core and improves your posture. It works on your overall body awareness and muscle control, as well as your spinal flexibility. You will walk out of class feeling tall, strong and proud.

REFORMER PILATES

Reformer Pilates is done on a piece of equipment, the reformer, to assist you in achieving your goals. It includes springs for assistance and resistance to achieve proper muscle length and strength as well as improved posture. It is a full body low impact workout, adaptable to all fitness levels.
