Green Apple Salad

A rich, delicious salad that is a complete meal on its own. You will actually enjoy your greens, satisfy your sweet tooth and lose weight as it fills you up and makes you eat less of other foods.
Ingredients:
  • Mixed greens. Lettuce, arugula, kale. 
  • 1 celery stalk. cut into rings. Use the leaves as well. 
  • 1 green apple. Cut into cubes. 
  • a handful of almond flakes. Raw. 
  • 5 tablespoons quinoa. Cooked. 
  • Dried cranberries. 6 pieces.
  • Dressing: Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup.

Date Balls

Who doesn’t love dates? Check this naturally sweet snack! You can use it as pre-workout snack to give you energy or as a nice treat after a long day. It is also a great snack for pregnant women since it’s rich in iron and satisfies their constantly changing cravings!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups almonds
  • 1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 cups soft dates. Pitted.
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Honey Oatmeal Cookies

A healthy dessert for your sweet tooth, a great snack for kids to take to school instead of buying those ready-made processed snacks, and a satisfying breakfast for you when you’re in a hurry!
Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2-3 cubes chopped dark chocolate. At least 70%.  
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Almond pulp. What’s left of homemade almond milk
