ZUMBA TONING

Zumba® Toning is the perfect workout for those who want to dance, but want to put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting the muscles. We add resistance by using Zumba Toning Sticks (which are light weights) that help you focus on specific muscle groups including arms, core and lower body.

STRONG NATION

STRONG Nation™ is a HIIT workout that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class you’ll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes with this total body workout. You will also achieve a high rate of post-workout burn!
