Your friendliness. Your support. Your enthusiasm. It was always what kept me going. You never just gave me a food plan, you always addressed my habits, my sleep schedule, my mood. You always made sure that my food plan was adjusted to suit my life. You taught me that I am more than what my scale says. You encouraged me to go out of my comfort zone in how I eat and exercise. You’re always available, I never hesitated to just text you with ‘I can’t follow this week’s plan.’ You always came up with solutions. You could always pin point the problem so we can deal with it; whether it’s a mood thing or a craving, you always helped. It has been quite a journey.
