My experience with Dalia is not that of a dieting program or a workout routine that I have to stick to and get weighed in every week, it’s more of an extended therapy session. She taught me to be kinder to myself and to my body. To love my body enough to treat it right and respect it. She helped me heal my relationship with food and changed my perspective on the whole process. I didn’t only lose the weight and improve my physical health, I also worked on my mental health. The things I learned from my sessions with Dalia are rituals I live by in my everyday life.
