On my first session with Dalia, she told me that we’re modifying my eating habits, and going for healthier alternative food options to satisfy my sugar cravings. This helped me a lot not only in losing weight but in sustaining it as well.
Changing my mindset was key to improving my eating habits. I can eat everything and I removed the word diet from my dictionary. I’ve been in the journey of losing weight for several years eating grilled chicken and sautéed veggies only which always led to rebound cravings for all unhealthy foods and weight gain.
After my program with Dalia, I am no longer in this vicious cycle. I have reached my goal and found my balance.
