My health journey with Dalia was nothing short of wonderful! After hearing about my friends’ experiences with Dalia and witnessing them achieve their goals, I decided to reach out to her for help.

It was a point in my life where I needed guidance on how to reshape various aspects of my life. It is safe to say that Dalia did far more than just help me lose the weight I put on during my first year of university abroad. She actually transformed the way I felt about certain food groups and helped me get rid of unhealthy mentalities such as food guilt and emotional eating. Throughout my experience with Dalia, I was taught how to logically approach specific food and dietary myths such as ‘fearing weight gain after eating carbs for lunch’ or ‘making up for the food I ate today by not eating tomorrow’.
Dalia showed me the importance of listening to my body, of respecting it and its cries for help, but most importantly, she reminded me to embrace the journey with all its ups and downs.

However, food was not the only thing Dalia assisted me with. My 17-week program with Dalia included many other elements. Not only did Dalia guide me through getting over my obsession with the scale and put forward different means for measuring progress, she also played an essential role in healing my sleep issues. Dalia introduced me to many techniques to handle my sleep difficulties, including meditation methods and resorting to herbal remedies.

In short, I can confidently say that without Dalia’s support, recommendations and pointers, I would not be where I am today. I most definitely would not hold my current healthy relationship with food. I also would be incapable of designing the sustainable and enjoyable health routine I have built.

A journey with Dalia is not a journey where you are limited to simply following the typical diet on an A4 paper. It is an interactive and multidimensional experience that goes far beyond your classical dietitian. It is a well-rounded adventure, which includes a lot of experimenting and tackles obstacles in various angles. Dalia provided me with constant encouragement and advice, she listened to my never ending rants and complaints, yet gave me reasons to believe in myself and my journey, which soon became my lifestyle.

Dalia’s main accomplishment with me was making me understand and fix my relationship with food. She helped me understand my hunger ques and accommodate them as well as my emotional eating ques and how to handle them without resorting to food. I am above 40 and a mom of 3 kids, the youngest is 4 now. I lost 16 kg in 5 months with Dalia and completely changed my lifestyle. I am wearing the clothes I decided to keep for my daughter and never ever thought I could wear again and I would really love to tell you how.

After giving birth to my youngest kid I ended up gaining 10 kg and until a year back I was struggling to lose them. I hate going to the gym, I have no consistency in attending classes, I went on and off useless diets and lost all hope in losing even a few grams. And even when I lose 1-2 kg, I end up gaining them again. I really hated how I had to go 2 sizes bigger, how heavy I felt and I completely stopped looking in the mirror. Not to mention the 5 extra kilos I gained on top of that during quarantine. I was depressed and looked like a 60 years old woman. I could only eat and eat, anything and everything I could reach. It turned to emotional eating, the more I feel down because I am fat the more I eat.


I contacted Dalia and we started in September 2020. She was very understanding and she took it with me step by step. I had an attitude towards food and I struggled with some cravings at the beginning but she handled that with extra patience and professionalism. She was there all the time and although our sessions were always online I never felt alone.

After the first 2 weeks I was able to control my cravings, sugar and carbs were no longer an issue. I started to look forward to every session. I am extremely into details and she never seemed bored of listening and even gave me more than the answer I was looking for. What was interesting about the program is that I ate everything, I didn’t feel like I am missing something, there was a healthy alternative for every unhealthy food and there was that free meal I take once a week.

Dalia introduced new recipes, she helped me with grocery shopping, taught me how to choose products and what to avoid, she magically changed my mindset from someone who only wants to lose weight to that nerd reading all the labels to make sure the ingredients are healthy. She changed my way of thinking into establishing a lifestyle for me and my family. She made me think about what a meal does to my body not about the number of calories. I am able to judge whether I really feel like eating it now or whether it is just an emotional craving. I didn’t skip meals, I didn’t starve, I didn’t stop eating carbs.

I feel so proud of myself and of what I have reached, I buy whatever piece of clothes I like, the mirror is my friend again and everyone I see can’t help but ask how I lost all that weight. I stopped waiting for my free meal because I know now how to balance all my meals not only wait for one. I no longer look like a 60-year-old. I am myself again.

Dalia, I can’t thank you enough, you have the upper hand here. When people say oh no but you have to eat, you are too thin, I smile and I think of you. I couldn’t have done this without you, food is not my enemy anymore, it is my friend who I know how to handle and enjoy. Our program ended 4 months ago and I didn’t gain any weight, on the contrary, I understand my body and I listen to it, this is what Dalia taught me and this I owe to her.
